Welcome to the TIN School Set System
Empowering schools to thrive through structure, systems, and shared vision.
About the TIN School Set System
Since 2015, Teachers In Need (TIN) has worked directly and indirectly with over 5,000 schools in Uganda and beyond, gaining a deep understanding of the real challenges faced by school leaders and educators.
One common challenge stands out: most schools struggle not because of a lack of passion or talent, but because they lack clear and structured systems to guide their operations and growth.
Just like a computer runs on both hardware and software, every school also depends on two vital components: its infrastructure and people (teachers, students, staff) and its operational systems (the framework that drives performance and sustainability).
Unfortunately, many school leaders invest heavily—up to 98%—in the “hardware” of their schools, neglecting the “software” that ensures long-term success.
That’s Where We Come In
The TIN School Set System helps schools and education leaders diagnose, design, and implement structured systems that create a clear roadmap for success.
Using our School Set System Checklist, leaders learn to build sustainable schools that rely not on individual brilliance, but on well-defined processes and shared vision.
