We were privileged to conduct a one day workshop for Secondary Teachers at Nakivale Refugee Settlement Camp, we were invited by Windle International an NGO that manages education programs under UNHCR.

Under the Teacher Training Department Ministry of Education, they invited Teachers In Need-TIN to make a presentation on how to groom Competent and complete teachers during the Induction Training of newly appointed Primary Teacher College Principals, Deputies, Tutors.
As a strategy of improving our environment and climate we (TIN) have started a campaign of planting trees in every school were we go to conduct workshops and we have started it at Masese Co P/S Jinja Municipal today planting 30 trees as way of grooming green teachers and students. It is my and your responsiblity to improve your nation than just blaming others.

End Poverty Day conference organised by World Bank. It was an online conference for all African states with Washington DC.

We trained 130+ #ECD teacher trainees of St. John Ggaba PTC. Our Reading Implementation Compass Approach ( RICA ) as a way of building a firm foundation, I also equipped them with other learning competences like communication skills, confidence building, job retention skills, professional & work ethics. It is our collective responsibility to develop our Africa with what we have. Our approach as TIN to end Learning poverty in #Uganda and Africa.

Groom A Teacher workshop at Lweza Bright Junior School conducted by Tr. Irene. We appreciate all schools that not only demand results from their teachers but first support them to learn how to deliver good results.
